BMK Pharma has announced plans to open its 50,000-square-foot U.S. headquarters in Allen. The facility will serve as both a 503B compounding pharmacy and a sterile Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO), producing injectable drugs and sterile dosage forms, the company said.
BMK was founded by Frisco-based serial pharmaceutical entrepreneur Jay Bhaumik, who is also chairman of Thesis Pharma Ventures and president of DFW-based Proem Holding, which has a diversified real estate investment portfolio in medical office condo, multifamily, industrial and land development.
